Every item we sell comes with our 30-day guarantee against defects. If a product is defective in any way, Please return it to us we will give you the option of selecting another item, receiving a store credit or a refund of your money.
Once an item is delivered to a customers address we are no longer responsible for that item. Please make sure if you are not going to be home to arrange for someone to pick up your package.
You can exchange any unused item to Tie Dye Fly for a merchandise refund, credit, or exchange. If you purchased sale merchandise, the unused item may be returned for a merchandise credit only Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
Sorry, Worn or Used items can not be returned or exchanged.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Insurance is added to each item and is included in the freight cost.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
